Refunds
Digital files can't be returned, so we don't refund after download in principle. These cases are the exception.
The rule
A digital file can't be sent back, so in principle we don't refund once you have downloaded it.
We refund in full if
- The file is broken or won't open.
- You bought the same pack twice.
- What you received clearly doesn't match the product page.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email you ordered with, or your order number. Once we have checked, we start the refund on the payment platform.
